HKMAO of State Council condemns tearing down of national flag

Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council has strongly condemned "the rioters who tore down the Chinese national flag and threw it into the sea." The office says the action has greatly hurt the feelings of all the Chinese people and gone far beyond free expression.
