Hong Kong residents raise national flag

A number of Hong Kong residents gathered at Tsim Sha Tsui to raise the Chinese national flag late Monday evening, using their concrete actions to display their strong support for national unity, shortly after radical protesters threw the national flag into the sea for a second time.

Protesters tore down the Chinese national flag at the Star Ferry Pier in Hong Kong's Tsim Sha Tsui and threw it into the water on Monday night. They threw the Chinese flag into the sea at the same place on August 3.
