Hong Kong police department is to hold a press conference at 04:00 p.m. on Tuesday on recent riots in HKSAR. Hong Kong police said on Monday that 420 people have been arrested over alleged public order offenses since June 9. The suspects, aged between 14 and 76, have been charged with illegal assembly, assaulting police and rioting, among other crimes.
