Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council and the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) co-hosted a seminar on Wednesday in Shenzhen, south China's Guangdong Province. While commenting on recent incidents of violence in HKSAR, Zhang Xiaoming, director of the State Council's Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, stressed that the top priority right now is to stop violence and restore social order.
