Pyongyang said the latest missile launch was a warning against U.S.-ROK joint military exercises. Ju Yong Chol, the country's envoy to the UN-backed Conference on Disarmament, said the drills violate agreements made with the U.S. on June 12, adding that they come despite repeated complaints from Pyongyang, and are aggressive.
