More than 80,000 people took part in Sydney's annual City-to-Surf race with runner Harry Summers winning his third event in 40 minutes, just two seconds shy of a record. The race started in 1971 and raises millions of dollars for various charities across Australia. For competitors the most difficult part of the course is a two-kilometer steep incline called "Heartbreak Hill" at the halfway mark.
