To ensure a trouble-free journey for mainland bound passengers, the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) has made arrangements to increase transit capacity, as well as relax refund and alteration procedures.

Operations at the airport have been seriously disrupted and all flights have been grounded after protesters swarmed into passenger terminals on Monday, leaving hundreds of passengers stranded.
