Economist: Relief measures will help, but HK may still head for recession

Hong Kong is seeing its slowest growth in decades amid continuing protests across the region. A stimulus package of 19 billion Hong Kong dollars, about 2.4 billion U.S. dollars will be injected into the Hong Kong economy. It's comprised of a series of relief measures aimed at boosting growth. But will it help?
