Five people have been detained in Hong Kong for insulting the Chinese national flag. The police said at a press conference that if anyone breaks the law, they will definitely collect evidence and bring the criminal to justice. The five people earlier this month tore down the Chinese national flag and threw it into Victoria Harbor.
