Seven killed, two missing as boat capsizes in east China

At least seven people have been killed and two are missing after a boat capsized off the shore of Rizhao in east China's Shandong Province on Friday, local rescue officials said.
The boat was carrying a total of nine people. A search and rescue operation is underway.
