Richard Tan has an enviable collection of rare and award-winning stamps that have been carefully curated for over 25 years. A managing director of a printing service provider, he also serves as president of the Association of Singapore Philatelists and chairman of the recently-concluded Singpex 2019 – the Asian International Stamp Exhibition in Singapore.
