People have started to gather at Hong Kong's Victoria Park for another round of protests, this time with the Hong Kong police authorization. Law enforcement is demanding that participants stay inside the boundaries of the park. But, organizers say they may still take to the streets. Although protest leaders say it will be a "rational and non-violent" demonstration, some young participants are calling on others to bring gas masks, armored vests, and helmets. CGTN spoke to Professor Benjamin Chiao from the Paris School of Business for his outlook on the gathering.
