The Fourth International Capsicum Expo answers what's possible with chili at Zunyi in southwest China's Guizhou Province. Two Italian chiefs cooked up a huge feast with different types of chili for audience members. To up the heat, five locals challenged a Guinness World Record holder who previously ate 146 types of hot chili in two minutes to see who could handle the world's hottest pepper.
