Nineteen people were killed when a fuel truck collided into two other vehicles and exploded in a busy town in western Uganda, police said Monday.
The fire that followed the accident destroyed nearly 40 shops in the vicinity Sunday evening.
The injured have been taken to hospital and an investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
