Problems in schools' liberal studies teaching partly to blame, says former HKSAR chief exec

Former Hong Kong SAR chief executive Tung Chee-hwa says he is saddened by the recent violence and he believes that problems in the liberal studies teaching at secondary schools is partly to blame. 

The spokesperson of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of China's State Council also says there are problems with the education system in Hong Kong.
