Yala Snow Mountain is located in the southeast of Daofu County, 500 kilometers away from Chengdu City. The huge snow-capped mountain's peak is 5,820 meters above sea level.
As its name suggests, Yala Snow Mountain is covered with snow throughout the year. Due to the high altitude, it's surrounding ecological environment is rich and diversified with glaciers, lakes and alpine grasslands.
It's also famous for its crown shape. Some people also claim that depending on your viewpoint, it can look like a lotus.
