Russian President Vladimir Putin has told the Defense Ministry and other government agencies to analyze the threat posed by a U.S. test of a land-based variant of an intermediate-range cruise missile. Sunday's test of the land-fired Tomahawk cruise missile came just two weeks after the United States pulled out of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty.
