Aerial footage shows fast-moving fires continue to sweep across the Amazon region during the weekend. Brazilian government satellite monitors have recorded more than 41,000 fires in the Amazon region so far in 2019, with more than half of those coming from August. Meanwhile, thousands took to the streets in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday to demand that more should be done by the government to battle the Amazon wildfires.
