On July 21, the mob in Hong Kong blocked roads in Central. A large number of vehicles were stuck. Chen, a delivery van driver in Hong Kong, drove by and was stopped by the mob. He got off the van and argued with them. However, got surrounded and beaten up. Many people had learned about Chen’s suffering and supported and encouraged him through various means. Chen chose to stand out to do something meaningful for Hong Kong.
