Puerto Ricans are bracing themselves as Tropical Storm Dorian approaches the U.S. territory. It's threatening to hit the island's western and central region. It packs maximum sustained winds of 85-kilometers per hour. And has been forecast to strengthen during the next 24-hours. Authorities say landslides, flooding and power outages are expected.
