ROK slams Tokyo as export trade curbs take effect

Japan's export trade restrictions against Republic of Korea (ROK) went into effect on Wednesday and Seoul is not happy about it. Its foreign ministry has now summoned Japan's envoy to file a complaint, while a ROK security official has also accused Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe of treating his country as an adversary. This comes as Tokyo officially removed Seoul from its so-called "white list".
