The 2nd International Forest Off-Road race kicked off on Saturday attracting over 500 off-road racers to Mount Lingjiu in Quzhou City in east China.  

"This year's competition has received special attention in the industry, and there are a lot of drivers to sign up," said Zhou Xiaoling, director of the promotion office of the event organizer in the local government.  

Zhou told Guangming Online the competition organizing committee selected more than 300 off-road vehicles and over 160 off-road motorcycles from different countries and regions in the world to participate in this year's competition, exceeding the number of participants from 2018.
