A 13-year-old boy was reportedly arrested on Saturday for participating in violent protests. He was caught with two gas bombs and a lighter on him. The boy was not the only minor participating in Hong Kong's recent violence. This comes as a new school semester begins. Earlier we talked to Alex Fan, Barrister-at-law from Hong Kong's Tower Chambers. He told us what schools, parents, and the government should do to prevent young students from being taken advantage of.
