Fishing ports in east China are buzzing with action after the annual summer fishing ban in the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea, which began on May 1, ended on Sunday. A researcher at the Taihu Fishery Management Committee said that this is the first time the encircling net in the Taihu Lake has been removed since there are obvious signs of recovery of resources.
