China has released a white paper explaining its approach to nuclear safety and security, as well as the accomplishments. It says China has followed a rational, coordinated and balanced nuclear security approach in developing nuclear energy. And it says nuclear security development plans have been made at the state-level, with a complete system of standards and regulations.
