Eight people have been confirmed dead and four bodies have been recovered by authorities from a dive boat that caught fire off the California coast. Rescue teams are continuing to look for others who were aboard the vessel Conception, which burned while anchored off Santa Cruz Island. Meanwhile, five crew members were awake when the fire broke out and were able to jump into the water and thus they were rescued by a passing boat.
