A powerful explosion ripped apart a double-story firecracker factory in northern India's Punjab state on Wednesday.
More than 20 people were killed, and 30 others injured.
The injured have been sent to hospitals, with many reported to be severely hurt.
It was not clear if the factory was a legal facility.
