The 2019 International LifeLine Rope Rescue Competition starts in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality today. Thirteen international teams from Germany, Belgium, Japan, South Korea and other countries are participating in the competition. LifeLine aims to exchange rope rescue skills and technology among different countries.
