On September 5, the PLA Hong Kong Garrison released a short film about the national flag. This video shows the PLA Hong Kong Garrison has always stood by the national flag, ever since the Five-starred Red Flag was raised in Hong Kong for the first time in 1997. For 22 years, they have been guardians of the flag and of Hong Kong.
