A visitor to Shanghai Disney Resort has taken the theme park to court over its "no outside food" policy. The park has relented but such food bans in general have come under new public scrutiny. Dr. Liu Chunsheng, an associate professor at the Central University of Finance and Economics, explains why Shanghai Disneyland's food policy is a double-standard practice.
