Leading figures from the Hong Kong Federation of Women voiced their concerns about people's livelihoods in Hong Kong due to the ongoing protests. The comments were made by Pansy Ho Chiu-king and Annie Wu at the 42nd meeting of the UN Human Rights Council held in Geneva on September 9. They say the economy has suffered due to the violent protests over the past three months.
