Japan's Prime Minister Abe announces new cabinet after reshuffle

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe reshuffled his cabinet on Wednesday. Seventeen of Abe's 19 Cabinet ministers have either been replaced or reassigned. This includes foreign minister Taro Kono, who will now serve as defense minister. Two others, however, retained their positions as finance minister and Chief Cabinet Secretary.
