Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday met with Ho Iat Seng, the newly elected and appointed chief executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Xi congratulated Ho Iat Seng on his appointment by the central government. He is the fifth chief executive of the special administrative region. This year marks the 20th anniversary of Macao's return to China.
