A splendid lantern and light show opened at the Victoria Park in China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on Wednesday, ahead of the annual Mid-Autumn Festival which falls on September 11 this year. The show, featuring various sets of lantern works and lights, attracted a large crowd at night. Some of the pieces on display were based on traditional Chinese legends, such as a lantern set describing a rabbit looking up to the moon.
