Beijing has announced it will exclude some agricultural products like soybeans and pork from its additional tariffs on U.S. goods. Xinhua News Agency quotes government sources as saying that China is a big market for U.S. agricultural products, and hopes the U.S. will keep its commitments, take concrete actions and create favorable conditions for agricultural cooperation. The announcement follows Washington's "gesture of goodwill" in delaying tariffs that had been scheduled to be imposed on Chinese goods on October 1.
