The traditional fire dragon dance was performed in the Tai Hang area in Hong Kong on September 12 to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. The 67 meters long dragon was made of hay and moved by 300 performers with bundles of burning sticks inserted in the dragon’s head, body, and tail. The fire dragon dance was listed as a national tangible cultural heritage in 2011.
