September 10, 2019, marks Alibaba's 20th birthday. After 20 years of entrepreneurship, Alibaba with other internet companies has transformed Hangzhou, the capital of east China's Zhejiang Province, into a tech hub. As of February 28, 2019, there were 30 companies valued at more than $1 billion and 138 companies valued at more than $100 million in Hangzhou. And among the enterprises valued at more than $1 billion, 96.7 percent are related to the digital economy.
