Ric Ocasek, leader singer of The Cars, dead at 75

The Cars frontman Ric Ocasek was discovered dead on Sunday afternoon in his Manhattan apartment. The New York Police Department said that officers found the 75-year-old Ocasek at about 4 p.m. (2000 GMT) after responding to a 911 call.
