Tour boat capsizes in India: 12 dead, 25 missing

A tour boat capsized on a swollen river in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh on Sunday, leaving 12 dead and 25 others missing. The state's home minister Mekathoti Sucharita said there were 61 people on board when the boat ran into trouble on the Godavari river. A search and rescue operation is underway.
