China and Russia have signed a series of agreements aiming to strengthen ties in the science and technology sectors. The two nations plan to develop a cross border transport corridor for unmanned vehicles as part of their blueprint to build the "Silk Road on Ice." Another highlight in the joint communique of agreements is space cooperation.
