Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has a real battle on his hands to keep his position as head of government. Polls opened this morning for a second general election in just five months after Netanyahu failed to form a coalition government following April's vote. The prime minister and his main rival, Benny Gantz have already cast their ballots. They have been neck-and-neck in polls in the lead up to the election. Official results are expected to be announced through the night.
