The sacred Bars Snow Mountain hidden in NW China
CGTN

Located in the Yugur Autonomous County in northwest China's Gansu Province, the Bars Snow Mountain, 5,118 meters above sea level, is a sacred mountain in Yugur people’s heart. They are the ancient ethnic minority that live at the foot of the mountain.

The scenic area is mainly composed of snow-capped mountains, glacial relics, rivers, lakes and alpine grasslands. Its scenery maintains the purity of the nearly extinct natural world.
