At least 26 people, including women and children, were killed and 16 others injured when a passenger bus rammed into a mountain in Pakistan's northern Chilas district, according to reports. 

The incident happened on Sunday morning. The injured passengers have been sent to the hospital, local media reported citing a police officer.
