Hundreds of thousands of tourists were stranded at various airports across the world on Monday due to the collapse of the world's oldest travel firm Thomas Cook. The bankruptcy leaves more than 150,000 British tourists stranded abroad, triggering what the British government says will be its largest repatriation operation since World War II.
