Hong Kong protests have been going on for over 100 days. A lot of media have covered the demonstrations.  

Since June, many western media said the protests were "peaceful," even though rioters stormed and demolished the LegCo and defaced the national flag. 

However, after the protests became more chaotic, western media finally admitted that the protests are violent.
