The High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development was held on September 24 and 25, with heads of state and governments gathering at the United Nations headquarters in New York to follow up and comprehensively review progress in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda. The UN annual Sustainable Development Goals Report noted three quarters of stunted children live in Southern Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. We were joined by Dr. Amitendu Palit, a senior research fellow at the Institute of South Asian Studies of the National University of Singapore, as he shares with us what measures should Asian countries further take to provide enough food for its people, especially young people.
