The railway is coming! China is on course to construct a high-speed rail track, in partnership with neighboring countries, all the way from southern China to Singapore. One of the key benefits of this Trans-Asia network will be the growth of businesses along the route. The Thai government hopes the new train will tempt more people to use the railway, which will slash journey times, be more comfortable and safer. Developers say northeast Thailand in particular stands to reap big rewards. CGTN's Martin Lowe looks at one ambitious proposal.
