China buys U.S. pork, soybeans ahead of trade talks

China's Ministry of Commerce confirms that Chinese companies have bought American soybeans and pork, without extra tariffs imposed. The move comes ahead of high-level talks between the two countries next month. MOFCOM also called the trade talks last week constructive, saying both sides are working to achieve progress.
