Chinese, Japanese FMs exchange views on ties, regional partnership

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with his Japanese counterpart Toshimitsu Motegi at United Nations headquarters in New York on Thursday. Wang said that the top leaders of the two countries reached an important consensus on ties during their Osaka meeting this June and China would work to implement those decisions. Motegi congratulated the People's Republic of China on its upcoming 70th anniversary, and noted that the two neighbors should learn from each other and work together for regional stability.
