A spectacular light show brought Lhasa, capital city of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, to life on Friday night, creating a festive atmosphere to celebrate the upcoming 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Thousands of residents gathered together, dressed up in colorful traditional costumes and performed traditional dances.
